What shall we drink tonight?

The Covid-19 Pandemic is sadly still with us and as we find our way through lockdown number 3 it can be really difficult to not slip into every day blurring into one.  A good tip to help us mark the difference between the week ending and the weekend beginning is to recreate that clocking off on a Friday feeling.   Before you would most likely hit the log off button, grab your wallet and head to the pub for a pint or glass of fizz to end a busy week.  Whilst we can't do that, you can still wind down....

A hot gin toddy is the perfect alternative to a whisky based toddy to see us through the winter months.  It's warming and comforting and can be adapted to use any of your favourite gin's.
